A few ideas:
Get garlic oil capsules and empty the contents of one capsule into each ear before sleeping at night. You will smell like garlic the next morning so keep that in mind.
Massage around the ears with tea-tree oil - mix it with a carrier oil (e.g. olive, vegetable) to dilute it if it's too strong and causes any skin irritation. I've heard that the oil penetrates the skin and can help relieve middle ear congestion.
Place drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide into each ear canal and let it remain there (lay with head on side to keep it in) until the effervescent bubbling sound stops, usually after a few minutes. Don't use stronger than 3% and don't continue if you experience pain.
Perform nasal irrigations with a solution of Colloidal Silver
. Mix a little Sea Salt
and bicarbonate of soda (just a small pinch) into it. If you have no Colloidal Silver
, just use saline solution. The idea is to keep the nasal passages and Eustachian tubes patent and clean. Middle ear worms will not be so happy if the middle ear drains properly.
Consider using SinuSoothe, a plant-based nasal spray which is antimicrobial and highly effective. This is the best nasal spray/decongestant I've ever come across.
Avoid mucus-forming foods as they contribute to conditions such as 'glue-ear', blocked paranasal sinuses and clogged Eustachian tubes that favour parasite
Treat your whole body for parasites
using herbs, ensure nutritional excellence, and maintain a clean bowel..
I have tried all these methods before without much discomfort.
