I can only answer your first question.
I am 60, did my last urine fast for 14 days 9 months ago, 13 days about 1 year before that, 6 days a year before that and a few shorter ones in the preceding 15 years.
I did not have specific illnesses so I cannot tell you I cured them, however my total cholesterol is always 7-8 which the doctors say is far too high, I have a very bad heart problem history on my father's side and they think it should be 4.5, but I refuse to take the statins that lower it. In a moment I will tell why that is significant.
I have practiced daily UT for 15 years and no matter how much I change my diet within reason, the total cholesterol does not change and my ratio is always excellent and my triglycerides are always very low, so I reckon my cholesterol is normal and that hopefully UT is keeping it all in check.
During my last fast I blacked out doing a neck stretching exercise so I had tests which showed two things: first that I had a neck vertebrae injury and if I tilt my head back to extreme while having less fat there during fasting it momentarily kinked the arteries that run up the spine to my brain; second is that they used ultra sound to check my arteries at the front of my neck for blockages and found them to be remarkably clear, no debris anywhere which she said was rare for young people let alone a 60 yr old.
So I think the UT is keeping them clear despite high cholesterol readings. I can only believe that fasting each year helps to keep them that way.
One thing UT has definitely done over 15 years beginning the first year is to boost my immune system to the point that I get most of the bugs going around, but very mildly compared to my friends and family (who think I am nuts doing UT).
I have used urine to magical effect on severe inflammations over 35 years due mainly to sprains or strains and it lowers the swelling and pain to 30-50% within minutes.
I have the Bob Beck equipment (see forum here) and recently received a great instruction manual from a devotee that explains how some people have to use it for the rest of their lives to control cancer which got me thinking. It controls cancer easily, but when you stop it can come back, but John Armstrong says once you use urine fasting to remove cancer you are renewed and strengthened as long as you do not go back to an unhealthy lifestyle. I think UT is the only way to completely strengthen the body's many systems naturally. His book The Water Of Life is a must-read.
