Hi....you sound desperate so here is my look on this!
I have done probably 30 Liver Flushes
now so I consider myself a bit of an old hand! having said that, I expect everybody will vary with their reaction and tolerance to liver flushing. For example I weigh about 66 Kgs. The first Liver Flush
I did...i took 3 tablespoons of Epsom Salts
, two in the evening and one the day after......and it killed me! so to cut a long story short I could not face a Liver Flush
for about 3-4 mths. then I tailored them to suit my constitution.
I take 1 tblsp Epsom at 6.30 pm of the evening. then I take the olive oil and grapefruit jouce at about 10.30 pm. i do not take another dose of epsom in the morning after the olive oil. it works for me.the one dose of espom at 6.30 pm clears out my bowels and the olive oil and grapefruit cause my liver to produce forth the following day. this way I can keep going with Liver Flushing
at fortnightly intervals.
If you are having trouble keeping the olive oil down you need to work on a protocol that your body can tolerate. some people sip it slowly with a straw over half an hour. perhaps you need to have slightly less oil....try 3 oz
rather than 4 oz
and see if your system can cope with that. two much Epsom Salts
is hard on the kidneys ....let alone the gut etc, so use the minimum amount necessary.
Do not try and kill your body....... Liver Flushing
should leave you feeling better not half dead!
