When was your last liver flush? Pain/ache under right rib cage is almost always liver/gallbladder.
Lack of bowel action = lack of bile flow (bile induces peristalsis)
Ingesting foods/oils that increase bile flow (garlic, oil, ginger, etc) can move sludge/debris/stones forward causing temporary/semi blockages. If you had no bile coming out you'd be jaundiced and your bms would be clay-like in color (grey-white).
>>>thinkin maybe all thy kefir backed up dead candida?<<< I hear the thundering of horses hooves (liver/gallbladder), and you seem to be looking for zebras (???).
It takes many people dozens of flushes to get out the build-up of sludge & debris. Unless you know a specific reason why you need to continue prepping, I'd go ahead and flush. (I've done several flushes with virtually no prepping at all). It seems like you already know you're not having any difficulties with debris temporarily getting stuck (and all you've reported shows liver/gallbladder distress)...so if I were you, I'd flush asap.
