Hey everyone,
I made it to day 10! Woohoo. I am so proud of myself. The day is almost over and I'm kinda weak, but I'm not dead. I'm down to about 280lb. I started at around 301, so I've lost a little over 20lbs in 10 days. That is awesome. I did not exercise on Monday or Tuesday, but I did have to go to work. Like everyone has said before, the weight loss slowed down after the first week, which I'm fine with, because that's just what the body does. I'm gonna break my fast with some fruit like
Watermelon and honeydew melon. And then I'm just going to take it from there. I do have a few social events this weekend, so I'll have to be careful. After this weekend I am considering going on another fast for a week, or if not that, I really need to go on a no
