Hey JW80, yes I do feel the difference. Exercises seems to really move my bowels. I haven't had a BM today, but I definitely feel like I will have one sometime in the next 48 hours. I don't know what is left in there, since I had a BM yesterday and I drank some Smooth Move tea the previous Sunday night to kick start things since I knew Monday would be my first full day fasting. But the body never fails to amaze me, so I'm just gonna wait and see.
Today, I went to the gym again and did the elliptical again. This time I felt much better than yesterday. My theory is that some of those toxins must have been released when I had that BM yesterday, so I didn't feel as icky today. Also, I think that, despite my high weight, my body is not very toxic, which explains why this fast has been generally uneventul for me, despite the normal psychological weaknesses that we all have to overcome. My diet before the fast included a lot of whole foods, but my weakness is sugary items, and I also have poor portion control. So, even if I'm eating brown rice, eating too much brown rice means I'm gonna pack on the pounds. Does anyone out here know of a good
Sugar free eating plan that I could follow post fast? By
Sugar free, I'm talking about artificial sugars, not those naturally occurring in fruits. I'm getting excited about planning my next few meals post fast.
