You shouldn't be having such troubles after only 3 days fasting but the fact that you are means that we just have to deal with it. First of all, what are you eating? You might need to go right down to basics and limit yourself to small quantities at frequent intervals of vegetable broth or fruit juice until you can get them to stay down. Failing that, go back to water only for a few more days and then start the refeeding when you feel good.
You may have kicked off a much needed system cleanup that needs to go the course before your body will accept food again. Don't fight it!
And don't worry about BMs. They'll come when the body's ready.
