It's Day 4. This morning I weighed in at 291.4, so over three days of fasting I've lost approximately 10
lbs. That is pretty freaking awesome! Can you tell I'm excited. Lol.
I really need to focus on that number, because right now I am feeling H U N G R Y. I am at work, and my stomach is growling. It's as though, all of a sudden, my stomach woke up and realized what was going on. Also, since late last night when I was feeling queasy, I've noticed that I have a lot of gas today. I've been having a lot of mini burps, which might be the result of my gulping, rather than sipping water. I don't really know. I also notice that I've been feeling a bit of heaviness in my lower abdomen. I think that maybe I'm going to have a BM soon, which would be nice, since I have not had one since Day 1 of my fast. Anyway, I just wanted to check in cause I needed some motivation to take my mind off of these hunger pangs. I have no intention of caving, but I really needed to vent to you guys about how the feeling of hunger can resurface at Day 4.
