I did fine for a while with pumpkin seeds. But after a while they started to give me cramping and somewhat screwed with my electrolyte levels. Pumpkin seeds are considered as a mild diurectic. Nuts+seeds can be hard to digest/produce mucus because of their scatchy consistency. It depends on the severity of your candida+how stong your digestion is on whether you can tolerate nuts+seeds. Nuts+ seeds need to be prepared properly as well to make them more digestable. Every now and then I can get away with some roasted sunflower butter/pecan butter. But I can only do it once every blue moon.

I tried hemp and did cause flare ups, but that was my response.
