and need some advice before my next order.

I have already done 1 year of 8xLBB per day,

and although still correcting my diet, this has done wonders, and really I only need the LBB on occassion now, as I tend to go after every meal.

The only confusion I have is with the LBB replacement aspects of it. I may only use it once or twice a week now, so how would I figure out the correct dosage for the PWE caps, especially since I would like to make sure I am getting enough herbs to replace the de-worming and kidney maintenance?
