I just did my 8th Liver Flush and I only got out around 20 stones and some chaff. I had been really stressed the week leading up to the flush and wondered if that can make a difference? My job has been really stressful. I used the ACV 2-tbl 4x's a day.

I've also been wondering if the colonics are really needed before and after. I have been doing them every time, but this last time I had been taking Mag 07 and at my colonic, not much came out since I had gone to the bathroom so many times. Since not many stones came out, I don't even think I am going to bother with the colonic after. Do any of you not do the colonics with the flushes?
