I replied to your original meaage but it appears that the CureZone had a small crash and data loss.
>- But I didn't use paper towles or cloth wet in salt to grab the copper rods! Just my bare hands.
This is certainly not a problem if your did it just once or twice. Over a period of time, however, you could develop an excessive build up of copper in the skin ( you can literally smell the copper when this happens.
>- I have been for two months with pain in my arms and neck, headaches and now pains in my chest.
This could be the result of spinal mis-alignment and a good chiropractor can be your best friend in this respect.
>- I am terrified of having hurted my heart!
>- Could it be because I didn't use anything while grabbing the copper rods???
As explained above, this is not likely.
>- This happened 2 months and a half ago. I used the zapper 18.104.22.168.7 once and stopped there.
This is a common mistake and can result in more severe die-off than if one were to continue.
>- Now I wonder why Clark zapper and users are so emphatic about the use of paper towels while zapping to avoid copper toxicity.
Because excessive copper, while not likely, can have other unwanted effects. It is always best to err on the side of caution.
A good place to get a more indepth discussion of zapping is " parasite
