Hi. I post a message a few days ago. Now I am getting closer of the huge mistake a did with the zapper. I use the z4e zapper with Copper Round Rod, at 15hz.

But I didn't use paper towles or cloth wet in salt to grab the copper rods! Just my bare hands.

I have been for two months with pain in my arms and neck, headaches and now pains in my chest.

I am terrified of having hurted my heart!

Could it be because I didn't use anything while grabbing the copper rods???

Could my body have ingested too much copper???

This happened 2 months and a half ago. I used the zapper 7.20.7.20.7
once and stopped there.
