Is there something your planning on taking after the liver flush to replenish the lost bacteria? Should friendly bacteria be replenished after a flush? Is any good bacteria lost during the flush? good bacteria sources LIKE saurkraut? Also.. is there any other prep needed I know that a parasite cleanse and kidney cleanse is needed what about a gentle cleanse before the full salt load.

MoreThis is a reply to # 192,885Have you done a liver flush yet? IVe done 15. I take probiotics after but that is all. I like to either MC or orange fast the day after. Does this answer your question?

This is a reply to # 192,886I hope I can do thant many! I am planning on doing my first soon. But I still do not have a water distiller. This is all very new to me. Once I order MH's kidney and parasite cleanse I will set the date. I just want to be sure everything goes well and properly. Probiotics what type do you buy Primal defense? What is MC.
