I guess that what is sent through the 108Mhz is a kind of binary code with a coder / decoder to interprete the meaning of the message, similarly as in a computer where the integers, floats, chars are symbolized by binary combinations ?

If you are talking about the frequencyfoundation.com business with Jeff Sutherland, i was curious about it some months ago, but i haven't tried his method for 3 reasons :
1)I want to use a treatment that i understand and i don't understand his theories, if you take the analogy you made before with the radio, it often happens that you can't receive the radio signal because there is an obstacle or because there is no relay.

If as you explained, the carrier wave is the frequency with which the signal is sent, and if as Hulda Clark explained in her book, the human body has a frequency range from 1.52Mhz to 9.46Mhz, and if the explanation on wikipedia is correct :

Then depending on what is meant by "short wave" and "long wave", his signal may be received.
And if the signal is received, the frequencies of the organisms to destroy have to be correct.
And if the frequencies of the organisms are correct, the intensity has to be powerfull enough to kill the organisms.
Because you can't break a piece of glass with only the right frequency, you need enough intensity or it won't break.

2)I don't want to depend on this guy to cleanse my body.

3) parasites and others organisms that can infect the human body are a part of life on earth, and because i want to live without worrying, i prefer to do a cleanse from time to time, and i don't want to spend money in his service each month.

I once had a treatment over the phone line from a QXCI/SCIO and I was totally impressed. I was very dubious as to whether or not such things were possible since the machine was 2500 miles away from me.

It accurately diagnosed several problems that I knew that I had and 3 that I was not aware of but later verified. There was also a couple of questionable diagnoses but I can not rule them out.
