ALKALIZINGKATIE
I have been sprouting my almonds. But I have yet to figure out the best way to keep them at work until I eat them. Usually they are still moist after the 12 hours of sprouting. I can do any of the following. Which do you recommend?
I can put them in a closed container in the frig at work for 8 hours.
Or open container in the frig?
I can put them in a closed or open container on my desk until I eat them?
