'Just so you know, Wikipedia is *extremely* slanted against natural & alternative health & healing. Check out their Gerson entry sometime...omg. They totally eliminated the Schulze entry. You can find the truth here (just overlook the 'sensationalism' and stick to the facts): http://www.whale.to/a/wikipedia.html
Yeppers, "gas" (and LOTS of it) comes along with a congested liver and undoing the congestion...and that can certainly make it difficult to breath. It's phenomenal how much gas is created from the stale/toxic/putrid bile being cleansed...and it will likely become 'much more' until you're past mid-point in the cleansing process.
The liver is one area where "enough, Enough, ENOUGH" is ESSENTIAL! 'Got a car that's 20 years old, has been driven hard and has never had regular maintenance and oil changes that bucks n' backfires every time you try to go over 50? Throw in one lil' can of STP 'cleaner or conditioner' instead of changing the filters, cleaning lines/carburetor and doing a complete fuel system flush & oil change...and that car'll be "farting" FAR worse than it was before you added that lil' can of STP. Doing one lil' Coffee-Enema
every couple of days is about the same thing.
Ever since you've had 'itching' from drinking (years ago), your liver has likely been extremely congested...likely with flukes (more to come on that in your other post with the pictures).
It's far easier to fully expel a 4 cup enema than a 1-2 cup enema. Think of some type of deflated, non-elastic tubing that when you insert fluid, it's not even enough to expand or stretch the tubing. Will it all come out? Not likely. But if you put in enough to expand the tubing, you'll get some serious action on the release. The only reason to do a 2 cup/back to back Coffee-Enema
is when you absolutely can't retain more than 2 cups. A Coffee-Enema
done correctly is MUCH more effective and easy to expel. So if you're doing b-to-b/2 cups, go for the 4 cups.
Also, when expelling, don't just 'sit there'. While sitting, do your best to imitate a natural "squatting" position. Try bending forward (like you're going to do a somersault), or leaning back and stretching out your torso. You can also get up and jump up & down a bit :::silly grin::: Whatever works, works! :)
When doing your flush, be SURE to do 2 full CE's the day after. One should be done right after your first morning toilet, and then another in the afternoon or early evening. Since you know you're seriously congested, I'd be sure to have a CE "at the ready" in case you have difficulties during the night. And although you know I don't like any of us to use Epsom Salts
, it's still a good idea (when we know we're seriously congested) to have a dose or two of ES mixed & ready...in case you get into trouble (1 Tablespoon of ES in around 1/2 cup of water = 1 dose). If I were you, I'd mix 2T in 1 cup of water (using hot water to help dissolve the crystals) and then put it in a jar in the fridge (it's much easier to drink when it's cold).
Once you start flushing, be sure to continue consistently and diligently. At the very least, one full flush every two weeks and a full CE daily...it won't take long before you can tell when/if you need to do more.
'Sounds like you're doing great work (and the work is working!).
