I believe you have much experience in this area, so I would be grateful for some guidance.
I have experimented plenty with LBB

and fruit diet

and "instinctively" have the desire to try consuming only fruit juices as my "diet".

However, I do not look at this as fasting (even though others may depending upon opinion/personal definitions etc),

as I agree with you and past authors on how a human can live on very little volume of food, and that fruit being our idea food aside from the sun etc.

Additionally, from experience I expect to be consuming approx 3/4 gal of juice a day i.e. a high volume of liquid.
SOME AUTHORS HAVE SUGGEST 1/2 GALLON IS ABOUT ALL THE KIDNEYS CAN HANDLE.
So, again, from my perspective I am not trying to fast (if that makes sence),

I just prefer juice as my "food" source, and I like to consume alot of it. That's all.

So I am planning on having about 1/4 gallon spread throughout the day, whilst I am working etc,
then as my "one meal of the day" have the remaining 1/2gal, kinda in one sitting.

This may sound like alot in one go, but I currently still like that "belly full" feeling,
SURE AND IN TIME, ODDS ARE YOU WILL FEEL FULLER ON LESS, BUT FOR AS LONG AS YOU ARE HUNGRY/THIRSTY YOU CAN SURELY DRINK IT...
and this seems to achieve the same desired result.
(although I have read that it is not the ideal way to do it, but hey, I like what I like!).
I ALWAYS DRINK 1/2-1 QUART RIGHT BEFORE BEDTIME AND OTEN THAT IS ALL I DRINK OR MAYBE 1-2 8 OUNCES IN THE MORNINGS TO TAKE A FEW HERBAL CAPSULES.
So I just wanted to confirm with the LBB. MUST I take 8 per day

or can I vary the number (i.e. take less).
TAKE AS LITTLE AS YOU DESIRE OR HAVE NEED FOR.
If so, is there a bear minimum you would recommend in my particular case?
2 PER DAY WOULD KEEP THE COLON MUSCLES "TONED"
