Hi MH,
HAY
I have a question about 100% pure fruit juices.
In some posts it says one should have 1/2 gal of liquid a day,
NO MORE THAN 1/2 GALLON OF FLUID CAN PROPERLY GO THROUGH HEALTHY KIDNEYS....SO THAT IS THE REASON...
I think because that is all the kidneys can handle in one day.
YUP
But I'm sure I've read others where it says even up to 1 gal is OK too.
IF YOUR HOT AND SWEATING OR EXHALING ALOT OF MOISTURE, YOU SURELY MAY WANT TO DRINK MORE JUICE OR EVEN WATER.
Is there actually a limit?
I HAVE SEEN A FEW BOYS THAT SEEM TWICE AS STRONG AS NORMAL BOYS, DRINK 3 GALLONS OF FLUID PER DAY...OFTEN 1-2 GALLONS OF IT BEING MILK OR JUST WATER AS WELL AND THEY HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS AND MEDICAL ALWAYS SUGGEST THEY CAN BE DIABETIC WHEN THEY DRINK THAT MUCH...
I PERSONALLY BELIEVE A SUPER HEALTHY HUMAN WOULD BARELY DRINK ANYTHING AND NEVER WATER.
Also does that make a difference is one is fasting or not.
i.e. can one drink 1 gal a day even if at the same time they are consuming/eating whole fruit too?
DRINK TO YOUR DESIRE, YOUR BODY KNOWS WHAT IT NEEDS.
ON A "GOOD" DAY, 1 QUART IS ENOUGH FOR ME, I DON'T THINK I HAVE MORE THAN A FEW DAYS PER YEAR WHERE I MIGHT DRINK A GALLON IN 1 DAYS TIME.
MH
Thanks for clearing that up,
Dirk.
