After 1.5 years of chronic fatigue, I have FINALLY figured out the last piece of the puzzle. I have been working to get my PH up, down from 4.5, now up to 7.0. (Still a bit to go). Then I started using magnesium oil every night on my torso. It makes me sleep well,and is increasing my PH too. I have been on the raw diet for almost a year! I felt immediate changes in my digestion, and of course my PH. But something was still missing. I looked into the Blood Type Diet
, (I am AB), and they said to avoid corn and gluten. I knew about the gluten, but surprisingly felt better dropping popcorn. Then I read 'one minute cure' and that was the last piece of the puzzle. Just 5 days into h2o2 therapy, my 2 year sinus infection went away. I have been passing parasites
