GYM ETC. OVER DONE CAUSES CALCIUM BURN, WHICH DOES HARM TO THE BODY, ESPECIALLY THE HEART.
HENRY FORD STATED THAT A PERSON SHOULD REST/SET WHEN POSSIBLE AND LIE DOWN WHEN ABLE.....I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT THEORY IN THIS BUSY WORK WORK WORLD.
I am asking this because I was a very thin guy a time ago...
So what is right? Activity, little sleep or relaxation, 6-8hrs os normal sleep?
6-8 HOURS IS FAIRLY NORMAL
ACTIVE ALL DAY LONG VERY NORMAL....VERY HEALTHY!
REST AND ENJOY LIFE WEHEN YOU CAN....SO IF YOU ARE WEALTHY, NEVER WORK FOR $$$$ WORK FOR ENJOYMENT AND PLAY, PLAY, PLAY.......WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN, REST....
I TEND TO WORK 8-10 HOURS DAILY FOR "FUN" AND REST ABOUT 10 PM OR TONIGHT, LOOKS LIKE ABOUT 1 AM BEFORE I RELAX. MY DAY STARTS ABOUT 7-8 AM, ENDS ABOUT MIDNIGHT OR THERE ABOUTS.....MOST OF MY WORK IS FUN, BUT OFTEN HARD LABOR AS WELL. BUT STILL JUST FUN AS I WORK FOR MYSELF NOW AS I WAS LAID OFF AFTER 30 YEARS IN A FACTORY.
And you said once that the too thin have become like that because he eat meat in every meal, so... meat causes emaciation? What a irony this would be...
MEAT CAN'T BE DIGESTED, SO IT TAKES MORE HUMAN CELLS TO ELIMINATE IT AND THOSE THAT CAN'T HANDLE THIS, WILL BECOME THIN AS THEY BIRN THEI CANDLE AT BOTH ENDS..
EATING MEAT IS A SUBJECT IN ITS OWN AND HARMFUL IF YOU ARE FAT OR THIN, SO NOT SURE HOW THIS COMES INTO THIS PICTURE.
