Some produce produces very little juice while others like apples, carrots, celery and such produce more.
I feel it is important to include green juices or green smoothies if you are not juice fasting.
Smoothies contain the pulp (fiber) and juices do not or Rather should not.
A smoothie can last 2 or 3 days in the refrigerator and a juice should be drank within 20 minutes and rapidly starts deteriorating.
Take your juices on an empty stomach and with no pulp. One can take the pulp and use it is salads, soups, and recipes for pulp but not at the same time.
This is because when no other food is taken with it or in the stomach, the vital elements in the juice (atoms, molecules, enzymes, nutrients, phytochemicals and so forth) go directly into the bloodstream and towards healing and repair and assimilated in les than 30 minutes or sooner.
Normally when taken with the pulp or food, most of the vital elements go towards digestion.
Also when juice fasting or taking juices, chew the juice to stimulate digestion.
Never hold fresh juices over in the refrigerator but make them fresh each time as the enzymes start to dissipate. if you must hold it in the fridge, use a glass jar and fill it to the tip top excluding as much air as possible and cap it.
Dr walker who invented the first juicer the Norwalk juicer and who lived to be 97, was a raw foodist in the early and mid part of the past century is considered to be the father of the modern juice movement.
He said in his book fruit and vegetable juices that if one is juicing a heavily sprayed (nonorganic) fruit or veggie that when the juices smashes the produce, it separates the fiber from the juice and since all the pesticides, herbicides etc are concentrated in the fibrous part of the plant the juice locked inside is still organic and untouched as it repels these chemicals as oil to water so as long as the pulp is not consumed, it is like drinking organic juice even though it is not organic.
This way one can if they desire save their organic dollars for things items they consume whole.
Green smoothies are also good for health,. In fact, Victoria Boutenko who has been a 100% organic and 100
5 raw foodist (vegan) for about 17 years and who cured her family of incurable diseases like type 1 diabetes studied greens as much as anyone I know of and she now feels that having green smoothies each day is even more important than being 1005 raw.
You want a minimum of a quart of green smoothie a day. In fact, at one point victoria lived on 2 gallons of green smoothies and nothing else as they so satisfied her.
Her health improved even more. her husbands beard turned from grey to black and each family member lost warts they had within one week of drinking these.
I just posted some info here on how o make them and an experiment she did where all involved reported improvements to health.

I once read a study where the people who were sick started the first week by adding one cup of fresh juice to their routine, then the 2nd week moved to 2 cups, the 3rd week 3 cups etc when they got to 6 cups on week 6, all their diseases went away.
As much as one cup or as great as two gallons all help, so drink as much as you can and want to. those in the study made no diet changes and drank one quart of green smoothies a day.
Juices can be expensive as they require a lot of produce. to save money one can go to a store like Aldi's or value king and get cheap apples and carrots and lemons and celery which give quite a bit of juice and then buy some more expensive produce for flavor or variety or if they need certain juices for health.
once saw a chart that showed how much juice each kind of produce produced so you might find this with some online searching.
Dr walker had juice prescriptions for various ills and I did notice a few juices were listed for nearly all the illnesses so adding these to your regimen should help overall health.
One was carrot and one was carrot spinach (10 oz carrot and 6 oz spinach)..lemon was also mentioned quite a bit.
Dr Schulze who cured the incurables and used juice fasting said the best veggie juice is 40% carrot, 40% beet and 20% leafy green (such as kale) and the best fruit juice was 40% apple, 40% grape and 20% berry.
UI find ginger or lemon to juices often produces a tasty juice. A little romaine lettuce can be added to any juice or smoothie without changing taste much and adds greens to one's diet. since greens do not produce much juice this may be better when making smoothie in a blender or vitamix where one adds water.
buy some juice books for recipes I like this one

here are some others

Victoria Boutenko's book green for life is recommended see if your library has it.
Also her book green smoothie revolution has a lot of green smoothie recipes that contain all kinds of fruits and many types of greens including wild greens. Wild greens have more nutrition than ones from the store.
It is important with green juices and green smoothies to alternate the kind of greens you use every day or two and have a variety.
But I have several books on juices or smoothies and when I have certain produce on hand I look up recipes and try new ones all the time writing down if I altered it or if I liked it or not.
Most have tasted good but a few of the veggie combinations I have used have not. I add raw agave nectar to my smoothies when they need some sweetening.
I am assuming that you are just juicing and not juice fasting..with juice fasting the most important thing is knowing how to stop the fast and going slow with food not returning to the normal diet for about 7 days.
Some feel one should not fruits with veggies when juicing but apple is always allowed, So is it ok to mix greens with fruits as greens are not really similar to veggies and Boutenko feels based on their nutritional content they actually should be a food group of their own.
I personally though have made drinks similar to yours mixing fruits and veggies..it is up to you. Research it if you like.
Well I really never heard of needing to do enemas when juicing unless one is trying to heal a disease. It would be good though to take a colon cleanser like that sold at herbdoc.com or add some apple or prune juice if you need it.
Keep up the good work and I hope this info has been of help to you.
oh ok you are juice fasting..well some of the info I posted above yuo can use later and some now.
Then you do not want to take any pulp with them nor green smoothies. When I juice fast I sometimes save the pulp and use it later in broth or soup etc.
I have gone on a 30 day and 50 day juice fast and have been thinking of attempting a 60-75 day one in the next few months.
Be sure when taking your chia seeds (which are a superfood btw for anyone who does not know rich in omega three fat and sold under the brand name salba has sometime like 2700 mg per tbs to not take when using your main juices as when is taking with them may go mainly towards digestion and not healing and repair and they do contain fiber which most avoid during the juice fast as it may disrupt how one's appetite goes away during fasting and stimulate cravings. You may want to reconsider taking them at this time.
I see you are consuming mostly veggie juice. Remember that fruits are cleansing and veggies are builders. One generally backs a little off fruit when cleansing too quickly or having a healing crisis but in your case you might want to add a few more fruits to help you cleanse.
I personally believe in variety so try a host of combinations and single juices to get the varying benefits of a number of produce items. But you are including a number of great produce items.
Also remember your herb teas can also be ones that cleanse the elimination organs such as used in the incurables program by Dr Schulze
see his link and scroll down to cleansing morning drinks and teas

I would take the acv (braggs) separately as it might interfere with the alkalinity of the juices but is a good addition.
During fasting, one may feel chilly so keep a sweater handy if needed.
When breaking a fast do so with something like steamed carrots, a small salad, raw applesauce..
Take your time going slowly into foods and returning to previous diet by the 7th day or so.
So are you finding any positives or negatives from your fasting this far?
also in a previous post I said
"In fact, Victoria Boutenko who has been a 100% organic and 100

that should have read 100% raw not 1005 raw
