I was wondering about the coconut.
Now I may been on the wrong track here, but it Book 1 author says that one ideally should not eat more than 2oz of nuts a day.
OK, I WOULD GO FURTHER AND SAY THE NUTS ARE BEST IN THE WINTER MONTHS AND THE BEST CANCER DOCTORS HAVE SUGGESTED YOU CONSUME YOUR NUTS BEFORE NOON EACH DAY.
Does coconut fall under that category or is it actually not that kind of nut?
COCONUT IS A NUT AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, SO IF YOU EAT THE NUT CONTENTS, 2 OUNCES A DAY WOULD PROBABLY BE PLENTY, WHAT PEOPLE CALL COCONUT OIL IS NUT THE NUT, BUT THE EXTRACT VERSION AND CAN BE RUBBED INTO THE SKIN, CONSUMED BEST ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AND ALL NUT / PLANT OILS CAN NOT BE "DIGESTED" EASILY IF AT ALL, SO THEY CAUSE THE LIVER TO PURGE AND THOSE WITH THE MOST LECITHIN CONTENT MAY AID IN DISSOLVING THE OLD GALLSTONES, OLD CHOLESTEROL, ETC......
I really like it and could easily eat way more than this daily!
EAT IT AS A "FOOD", BUT AVOID MIXING ANY OIL WITH OTHER FOODS IN THE STOMACH.
