Always great to hear your progress on fasting, hope it is all going well.
IT GETS EASIER EVERY YEAR, WHICH IS "NICE".
Can’t quite figure out where I am going wrong here, and I know you know how to do this properly so I was hoping you could guide me.

I would say about 2 years back I started using your LBB.

Up until this point my colon was very constipated and I would go probably once every 2-3 days.
OK
So I went on the recommended 8 x LBB per day for 9 months. During this time I also progressively changed my diet to raw fruit.
SUPER
This was great. In no time I would have several bowel movements a day.
GREAT
And after the full 9 months or so I could have several bowel movements with no LBB assistance.
PERFECT
After a little more time I felt my colon was really great, every meal triggering a bowel movement.
FANTASTIC
However, it got annoying eating several meals a day and sitting on the toilet so much!
OK, NEVER HEARD THAT ONE BEFORE....MOST PEOPLE READING THIS ARE GOING TO SAY: EAT ONCE A DAY AS BOOK I SUGGEST WE ALL SHOULD DO...
So I thought if I had 1 meal a day, and cleared the waste out in the morning (after about 9-12 hours), that would be great. However, this is where I am having problems.

Generally now I have 1 meal a day, 95% of the time all tree fruit no vegetables etc, but maybe sometimes a few nuts too.

I must admit I like to eat a lot of volume,
IF IT IS ALL GOOD FOOD, THEN EAT TILL YOU ARE "SATISFIED"..
so I am NOT having just one fruit (so this may not count as 1 meal). Generally I will start with clementines or manderines (small oranges basically) till my belly is full. Wait 30 minutes then maybe something different like apples till bell full, then after half an hour maybe some bananas or dates or on occasion some nuts. That will be pretty much it.
SOUNDS BETTER THAN 99% PEOPLE WILL EVER DO.....YOU GET AN A+
If I don’t use LBB that will probably all be out in about 20-24 hours.
NOT A PROBLEM AND IF YOU ATE LATE IN THE DAY, IT SHOULD ALL COME OUT IN THE MORNING...ETC..
But I am not satisfied with this.

So I tried the technique where you take 2 LBB upon rising and keep on after a while until it is all out.
THAT IS PRETTY MUCH WHAT I DO AS NEEDED DEPENDING ON THE DIET AND 1 BOTTLE WILL LAST A FULL YEAR FOR ME AND IN RECENT TIMES, I MOVED ON TO THE P/W E CAPSULES AND DO NOT USE THE LBB ANYMORE.
I have experimented with this method for about 1 month now. It has definitely reduced the time until it is all out. I would say I can get it down to about 10-15 hours or so depending on how much LBB I use.

However, once it is all out I am quite tired
TIRED COMES FROM LOW OXYGEN, ETC....
and I have comments that I don’t look well (i've looked in the mirror when this happens, maybe the "bags" under my eyes are dark,
SHOULD BE NO "NOTICABLE" BAGS UNDER ANYONES EYES...IF ANYONE NOTICES THESE "BAGS", THEN THE BODY MAY BE HOLDING WATER, HAVE KIDNEY ISSUES, ETC...IF THEY ARE "DARK", THEN MOST WILL SAY OXYGEN/IRON ISSUES.
but that's all I can see). I certainly don’t feel sick at all but I do feel like I am missing a lot of “pep”, so to speak.
OK, PEP COMES FROM GOOD BLOOD, GOOD MUSCLES WHICH IS ALL A RESULT OF GOOD NERVE FORCE...
I am not hungry and can easily survive on juices until the evening meal BUT if I have a fruit meal I feel and look much better, but the defeats the purpose of trying to have the bowels clean.
SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE CONCENTRATING ON THE BOWELS TOOOOOO MUCH, YOU ARE EATING GREAT, SO LET YOUR BODY GO NATURAL....WORRY CAN BE YOUR WORST ENEMY.
WITH WHAT YOU ARE EATING, I WOULD SUGGEST 2 LBB WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL AND NO MORE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS...
I just don’t get it. It makes no sense. With a clean bowel I should feel great, but I don’t. Where am I going wrong?
ONE WORD TO COVER THIS IS "VITALITY" OR OVER ALL TOTAL HEALTH.......
STARTS WITH PROPER SLEEP AND VERY FEW ADULTS ON THIS PLANET HAVE PROPER SLEEP.....IN YOUR CASE, WITH WHAT LITTLE INFO YOU HAVE SUPPLIED, ALL THAT STICKS OUT IS "NERVES", WHICH IS THE ENEMY OF PROPER SLEEP.
