I fasted for almost 2 days.
I found ending the fast eating without water doesn't make any high blood
Sugar feeling, it's like eating food contains no carbs.
Any thoeories behind this?
My intention is to drink in the morning as needed. (appro. 12 hours after that meal) then waiting another 10 hours and eating again a large meal without water, will have 2 hours eating as needed.
