I TRIED MAKING SOAP 1 TIME FOR THE EXPERRIENCE OF IT.
It was fun 1 time thing and to make soap just does not seem right. I do have a large collection of soap bars made from food quality herbs/oils but you can't turn that bar of soap hard with out using lye and lye just does not seem right to me....so I do not use soap very often. I find soaking in hot water nightly good enough......
When people think of SOAP, they think of soap bubbles and if your soap does not make bubbles, they will not like it.
I KNOW if your hands are greezy with black oil/greeze, washing in the black mud of a pond bank works like magic. So I think clay soap would be the wisest and I have a bag of clay hair soap from long ago, so I know they have made soap from clay formulas in the past, but just something I have not gotten into.
1/2 vinegar and 1/2 distilled water is the best to wash the human skin with according to Dr. Christopher.
Blessings,
