I annoyed myself somewhat, in regards to this very situation, as I just ordered The School of Self-Applied Prevention book (which I received within a few days, I add gratefully) without thinking to order The School of Natural Healing at the same time. There is little difference between your price and Amazon's, however; international shipping costs me an extra $35, which is a rather hefty surcharge. There is another small inconvenience also, that of being unable to pay by UK debit card when ordering from Restore Body, and that inevitably means increased credit card debt each time I order. I do not suppose much can be done about this, however, as credit cards are internationally recognised whereas debit cards are generally not.

I do not want it to seem as if I am trying to save myself a few pounds by ordering from a multi-national company...believe me I would rather not; were you to accept debit cards then I would order in an instant, but with escalating debt and no real means to pay it off I am forced to be far more cautious than I would like. According to Amazon.co.uk I will not receive the book before December 25th, so needless to say I am more than a little annoyed about the delay! If I had ordered from you whilst ordering The School of Self-Applied Prevention I would have read it by now...lesson learned, much to my ever-increasing annoyance.
