After cleansing the bowel, what comes next? The liver flush or killing the parasites? Seems that if I kill the parasites first the liver will be stronger and maybe create a better flush, but then again if I flush first the immume system will be stronger to fight some of those critters on its own.

Any commments or personal experiences would be nice to hear. thank you!
