I still need to master my colon though.
But it's not the fruit or LBB that is the issue.

ANYTHING PAST 15 HOURS NOT SO GOOD, 24 HOURS IS OK, BEYOND 24 HOURS STINKS AND I POISON.
I'm at 24 hours at the moment.
I can cut it down to 18 hours very quickly,
HOWEVER I start feeling VERY COLD when this happens.
So I am currently choosing to have it at 24hours to manage
"living normally" so to speak - by loading up loads of fruit - even though I have am not hungry or have a desire
for it, it's the only clean "cheat" method I've had luck with.
Same applies when I fast. Get to day 5 and I'm super cold.
I tried experiementing by "dealing with it", sitz bath,
pitching clothes. Although they do help to a degree, it's
just not enough, I'm not getting that "toasty warm" feeling.
(experienced it once or twice when doing clark flushes,
but have not done those in ages and thanks to you - never
will again I hope!).
I even tried loading up on the LBB for fun. The waste came
out quick! I am very confident I could go under 15 hours,
but the cold would be unbearable!
(which I agree, should not be the case).
So I'm up for trying the longevity spices now.
BEAR IN MIND I have a internal and external fungus issue,
which your herbs and advice is doing wounders for.
Slow but steady progress.
All I can think is that the extra food keeps the fungus content.
That and the poor pancrease function.
Any tips in my case?
