My situation is a little different .. I seem to have a combination of parasites and fibers. I posted here, then on Morgelons, and now I'm back here again b/c I haven't seen the fibers for awhile.
The situation I'm seeing mostly now are large red "streaks" in my face, plus cysts on my back (filled with tiny white grains), and an occasional black winged insect about the size of a small flea.
The streaks concern me. When I rub my skin, the outline of red streaks about 1/2" to 1" long appear on my face, shoulders, and even inside my ear. I hear a constant buzzing in my ear and a slight loss of hearing. I think these are dead organisms, but I could be wrong.
Tiny black dots can be rubbed out of my skin. I think they are young insects which grew from the white grains under the cysts. I don't know how the large red streaks fit into this picture.
I feel movement in my jaw, nose, ears and eyes. Also stomach, back, chest and abdomen. Nothing in the legs but my feet are swollen and my left hip joint is sore.
My greatest fear is that "they" have begun to make cysts on my face. This new symptom has happened within the past two days; a large "pimple" (but not really a pimple) formed next to my nose, and now another bump is forming on my forehead.
Any ideas? This situation is so confusing that I'm not even sure which forum I should be on!!

Now, I'm not certain of this, but I believe, that Salt + C-vitamin protocol might help you. At least to some degree.

I have noticed, that it has helped me some with my parasitic larvae. Which makes me think that it's able to target and kill small sized parasites.
So basically, as the website tells you, you should in the end be taking 4x times a day, a drink of 3 grams of salt and 3 grams of C-vitamin, mixed in water.
Of course you want to start with smaller dosages, as the die off might be overwhelming (and you might get diarrhea effects). Also, use either Sea Salt or Himalayan salt.
[Also, it might be beneficial to add a little (about 0,5 teaspoons) MSM to the drink, as it helps with the C-vitamin absorption.]
This is quite cheap and a fast protocol to start. So it might be a good pick to try, at least for the first aid.

I have used all of those together a little time ago, minus the iodine.
But just to be on the safe side, take the other stuff apart from Salt + C-vitamin (at least 1 hour, I think).
And as I said, you might experience some diarrhea effects, at least at first. So that -might- flush some of the other herbs or medication quicker out of your system. But your digestive tract should get used to the amounts of salt and c-vitamin.- Re: Salt + C-vitamin Valaria

I read the entire Lyme article and the first thing that struck me was the top two pictures - they are identical to some of the "fibers" I have seen, although most of the fibers I had were matted black bundles. I never had the colored, individual fibers and sores that plaque so many Morgellon sufferers.
The more I read, the more hopeful I am that Lyme might be the answer. It gives me hope anyway because there is nothing worse than having a disease that no one on the face of the earth seems to have except me.
I will start this therapy immediately and hope for the best. Thanks again.

I googled "Lyme+cysts" and lo and behold, there is a form of Lyme disease called Borrelia spirochetes that produces cysts. The doctor who wrote the article stated that the disease can mimic a host of other diseases and can take on various forms.
This spirochetes has also been found in cases of multiple sclerosis, lateral sclerosis, and in all tested cases of Alzheimers disease (although only 12% of infected people in their test exhibited symptoms).
In addition to cysts, the disease can cause parasites, joint pain, fatigue, etc., virtually all of the symptoms I have been experiencing!
He mentions a Mycoplasma which I'm not sure I understand, but maybe this is the source of the red streaks?
He stated that Cat's Claw, magnesium and Vit. B12 are important supplements to cure this disease. I'm thinking of gradually incorporating his suggestions with the Salt+Vit. C therapy and see what transpires.

And I don't believe that you can make the situation any worse by trying the Salt + C-vitamin protocol.
So go for it, I say.

This is a reply to # 1,879,514I stayed on the Salt + Vit. C and MSM protocol today, and continued with Cat's Claw, and Iodine.
I also began eating raw pineapple today.
Tonight I'm having a reaction that I HOPE is die-off. I have a pins-and-needles sensation in my back. I have a pain in the right side of my head and a stiff neck. I'm a little disoriented.
Does it sound like die-off to you?
I haven't taken my last dose of the protocol yet because I'm a little concerned that the symptoms might get too intense. I live alone so I need to be cautious. On the other hand, if it IS die-off, I can suffer through anything to be rid of this nightmare once and for all.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.Advertisement

This is a reply to # 1,879,926It does sound like you are experiencing die-off.
Basically anything can happen when you have die-off, headaches, fever, cough, dizziness, etc. When the parasites die or struggle with their last breaths, they can cause such things to happen.
I would suggest that you continue with the protocol.
Your parasitic load sounds to be quite big at the moment. So the die-off can be severe at the start. But this seems to be working and you are finally starting to kill them.
So, I think you should go with it but at the same time listen to your own body and go at a pace, that you can handle. Don't raise the salt and c-vitamin amounts, until you are ok with the current state.
Remember to drink more water too, as they suggest, so the parasitic toxins get flushed away.

I am not an expert on Morgellons but I have been researching for a friend recently and happened to come acros this statement on a Morgellons Research site.
"Morgellons" is, probably, a systemic and subcutaneous mycosis or an unknown protozoa infection (amoeba?), accompanied mainly by bacterial coinfections, such as borrelia (Lyme disease), chlamydia (chlamydiosis), mycoplasma (mycoplasmosis), and perhaps later additional arthropodal or insect infestations.?
It would seem that Borrelia and Mycoplasmosis are a common side effect of Morgellons.
You probably already know this anyway....

My eventual goal was Salt-Vit C four times a day. I intended to start with three but I didn't make it. After two doses yesterday, I began to experience the die-off. It was like I was wearing a scratchy wool sweater that I couldn't take off. Still scratchy this morning but bearable.
The pain in my head subsided after a couple of hours as well as the neck pain. I have had the neck pain for awhile but it got much worse last night.
I drank a lot of water so I had to go to the bathroom quite a few times during the night. About 2:00 AM I saw two more red "streaks" lying parallel on my face. I wonder if this is the biofilm (or microplasma ?) that these critters live in?
I originally thought I had Morgellons but now I don't think so. My symptoms are not consistent with most Morgellons sufferers. Also, the pictures in the LymePhotos article showed a "mass" of black fibers identical to the ones I had. The article identified them as Lyme "cocoons". It also showed the "fiber-less" cocoons which I also had. In fact, many of the photos were consistent with my experiences (thank you for providing that for me, VJV).
I will continue with two rounds of the Salt+Vit C today. If symptoms aren't too bad, I might increase it to three. I'm anxious to be rid of this stuff before Thanksgiving if at all possible.
I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time. It's 11-11-11. I lit a white candle and said a prayer.
