"There are many types of foods that contain copper. For breakfast, those ready-to-eat cereals, such as, 100% Bran, and All-Bran types of cereals, contain a high amount of copper. Even fruits contain copper. There are blackberries, guavas, canned apricots, and even canned pineapples that contain large amounts of copper. Many carbonated beverages, teas, and brewed coffees are high on the list of high copper drinks. The liver, kidneys, and hearts of a large selection of meats, and poultry contain a large amount of milligrams of copper. If you like oyster stew, soups made from bouillon, then these can contain as much as 6 milligrams of copper per serving."
