One phase of lufenuron (15 grams) can stay in your system for about  4 weeks. I would not want to be working and doing this treatment at the same time. Lufenuron did make me feel great the first week but then after that it felt similiar to diflucan. If you have strong candida i dont suggest lufenuron if you have to go to work. The die-off can be pretty bad. If your candida is mild-medium you might be able to get away with it. Lufenuron only works if you have "fungal" candida.

I would rather try coconut oil or undecenoic acid before mms. MMS can be corrosive to the gut. MMS smells like concentrated chlorine. Its not exactly chrorine but it sure smells like it.
