I read Mh post last month he wanted to make a 1 ounce, ONE ounce, herbal daily formula to live on. Comprised of the best herbs to help the body.
11 ounces sounds typical for medical. I would say wet ounces because food gets wet in the digestion process and most food has water in it.
A liquidarian/fruitarian posted a question asking if anyone measured the weight of food/liquid going in vs. the food/liquid coming out.
The questioner speculated it would weigh the same. I think it would too. I doubt our body needs 11 ounces to get a few micrograms or milligrams. I am wondering if anyone ever measured what goes in vs. what comes out.
I read this blog and wonder if the guy is just a light eater or is really activating his own internal nourishing glands.
