I am so frustrated right now. This morning I was looking up something about matcha on google, and I found out that there is a large amount of fluoride in green tea!! I started googling more and found out it was a fact. Then I even googled the green tea website that I drink and they had all these claims how the tea was good for your teeth - the same crap the gov't tries to tell us!! This is so frustrating because I gave up coffee because I thought it was bad for the candida diet, and switched to green tea. Not to mention how I quit drinking tap water and go to Meijers to fill up gallons of filtered water each week and otherwise only drink bottled water, and here the thing I'm drinking a ton of also is poisoning me even more than the tap water I am avoiding!!!!
Next, I have recently been finding a lot of information on how nightshades are bad for you (peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, etc), which I also eat a TON of these because my dad grows peppers and tomatoes. I am just trying to eat healthy here and even the "healthy" food is not good for you.
Last being the recent post about cacao nibs being toxic ! This is supposed to be a superfood (and so is matcha).
Plus there is conflicting information on everything out there. Does anyone else here drink coffee still with no problems? I have heard mixed info on that also as to whether it is bad for the body.
