I learned about
Liver Flushing from this site and did my first one this Thursday, with a little bit surprising to me effects.
I followed
Andreas Moritz ' protocol and used
Oxypowder for the pre flush bowel cleanse. The actual flush was a breeze. The
Epsom Salt was not so nice, but nothing I couldn't handle. The grapefruit juice / olive oil mixture was absolutely delicious. Can I have this for every meal? ;). I had trouble sleeping, but felt fine and not tired anyway.
My first bm I passed 3 or 4 pea sized stones that were light green on the outside and dark green on the inside. I was hoping for more and was thinking that maybe it wouldn't be such a successful flush. Future bms there were tan coloured pin head sized things, and clumps of those pin heads. The clumps were between pea sized and 3 times that size. Probably passed 20-30 of those things that were floating in total, and there were definitely things that didn't float too. Are these clumps beginnings of stones, or what are they?
I didn't notice any effects of the flush, no better skin, no extra mental clarity, or other things that have often been talked about. It took me until today's training on the exercise bike to really see some improvement. I've been exercising regularily for the last two months on the bike, doing interval training. I've been doing the same intervals, resistance, and rpm (pedal revolutions per minute), and focused on increasing the time. In this time I've improved from 25 to 37.5 minutes. Earlier this week I did a 37.5 minutes session for the first time and it was very challenging for me. Today the cycling felt very easy and I cycled faster than normal most of the time (higher rpm). I went on for 45 minutes, and felt I could have went on for another 10 minutes if needed. There definitely was a major improvement in my cardiovascular capacity! What happened? :)
