I can only say what was found in my liver few years ago:
schistosoma intercalatum (I think this is type of blood fluke),
diphylobrothrium latum (fish tapeworm),
echinoccoccus vogeli (bird tapeworms),
echinoccoccus multilocularus (could have spelling wrong, it's wild annimals like fox, etc. tapewoms),
dirofilaria repens (it's similar family like dog heartworm dirofilarria immitis, but I think this repens is way more aggresive - nasty filarial worms),
Wuchereria Bancrofti - lymphatic system and skin filarial worms
there could be more in the liver, personally I think all the
parasites can find home there at least for some of their development stage
if somebody uses some equipment to match the pathogens in your body, it can change from day to day depending on what's most active at any single day/time, that's why I am saying that there could be more there (something was hiding on the day of reading etc.)
