It's so hard to tell sometimes from pictures because for one thing stuff comes out mangled. One thing I do know is that you have to expel the head for that is what reproduces. It kind of looks like a snake's head. (Why am I not surprised?)

I don't see any object that looks typical of a parasite. The segmented objects look like vegetable cells. The brown objects did not have enough of a definite shape to be flukes. If you do a Liver Flush after taking the parasite treatment you may see some identifiable parasites coming out with the purge.
