Well I'm doing a
Liver Flush as we speak so......
for the last several weeks, I've been eating lots of fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, peaches, mango(which are unbelievably good right now!)etc.
Drinking organic apple juice and also water with lemon (good for kidneys). Also been eating salads with white meat chicken or salmon. Also, other fish like halibut and grouper. Stayed away from tuna fish(too much mercury).
I am topping the salads with olive oil\grapefruit dressing(did this to get used to the taste for the flush) so I think its been having a cleansing effect- in fact, I'm pretty sure it has! Also been taking malic acid tablets to get prepared for this flush.
All sweet cravings are gone since I havent been eating any sugars, white breads, or chocolate. Man I miss my dark chocolate!!...
That's about it.
