ok so i guess there are multiple liver flushes...i am doing it bc i had alot of liver fluke i killed off and want to get dead ones out...my question is, is that is there anything else besides the Epsom Salts and olive oil and grapefruit that i should do..like any other supplements that night or anything else that worked really well for anyone else while doing it?..any herbs?...drinking apple juice the whole day before and fasting? is it really necessary?
