I have a question regarding enemas for colon cleansing:

If I want to thoroughly cleanse my colon (using enemas), what duration of treatment is genereally suggested? I read somewhere that this is a therapy that needs to be done daily for several months. And I also read that up to 3 enemas per day should be done over this period of time, in order to reach good results.

What would you say about the duration and the frequency, if I want to thoroughly cleanse my colon?
