I did recommend B50 but now know one should be careful. If there is any chance it would cause you to have too much b6 do not use it. B6 can cause neuropathy - tingly feelings for ex. - in the feet and elsewhere for one thing. The good news is that with a decrease in B6 you probably will recover fine.
Also, if none of the things in the initial post work to make you feel better, consider getting gluten sensitivity testing and wheat allergy testing.
Many people are not aware that they are gluten sensitive, maybe even have celiac. A wheat and gluten sensitivity test can help. Even if one shows up just at Level 1 in sensitivity, that means the intestinal villi have been damaged & nutrients are not getting through as they should. Also where gluten sensitivity is, candida is probably lurking.
Candida may be lurking regardless. One way you may find it is by doing low enemas, mixing water with apple cider vinegar or 3% hydrogen peroxide. Use after a bowel movement. If you see things that look like string cheese or yellow gel, or white things that look like pieces of tissue paper, then you know a candida cleanse needs to be done. I'd personally get rid of the parasites first. Both cleanses cause die off and you don't want to overdo it.
As of this writing people are starting to complain that they are getting capsules half full & that the product seems to have gone downhill. Maybe try Clarkia instead. I found plain ol' Vitacost tinctures of black walnut/wormwood alternating with tincture of wormwood to be very effective after I quit Humaworm. Ditto a zapper, & a Sota Pulser (the answer to carpal tunnel syndrome too, btw, at least for me).
Though all the cleansing & etc. mentioned in my first post was needful and helpful, really I didn't feel back to normal until I discovered I had candida and started killing it. Like parasite killing this is not a fast or pleasant process but you feel much better afterwards.
Finding candida happened "by accident." I was clueless it was a problem for me.
I asked for a gluten & wheat sensitivity blood test & was not celilac but was on the low end of having a problem (even level 1 can mean the intestinal villi are being mown down) enough to make me change my diet & to make me wonder about candida. I had seen no signs of it. However I did learn how to search for and kill it, as seen in the link below, in case it helps anyone else. (Some folk say that anyone who has had antibiotics has candida. Candida is just as insidious, and some say more potentially deadly, than parasites.)
As with all cleansing it is important to protect the adrenals from the stress. Taking lots of protein (I would say NOT soy protein for soy is a goitrogen & can weaken or seriously damage the thyroid over time), & a good quality Vit. C around the clock (it only stays in the body for about 4 hours) can help. And btw Emergen-C has MSG in it, disguised as MSG frequently is by being called "flavorings" or something like that in the ingredients.
Enemas that reveal, & kill, Candida/Yeast
You might want to research on the web how yeast can adapt & morph after prolonged exposure to one kind of "yeast-a-cide" or another, & alternate what you use for killing it. One thing it will never adapt to are very helpful enemas using apple cider vinegar or else 3% hydrogen peroxide. (Maybe a tsp of each to each cup of filtered water, but experiment.)I think it helps to use h202 first, then organic ACV (with the "mother" in it) next to put in some good bacteria.
It helps to put acidophilus yogurt and/or kefir into the last bag in order to replenish good flora, and to eat a bit daily. (Kefir will intensify any die off though.) Btw yogurt replaces candida to some extent and kefir eats it.
Those enemas will really help clean yeast/candida from the colon (after a bowel movement of course) but can also cause more die off. Some of the things you may see in the toilet water things that include things that look like string cheese, yellow gel, white wet tissue-looking things of various sizes, dark seaweedish things, milky white liquid, and burnt orange crusty looking things attached to mucous. These seem to be different ages & stages of the candida. I wonder if diet alone can ever get rid of all that gunk that has been attached to the colon walls. If so, I think it would take a far longer time than simply washing it away with the enemas.
It may take a great many of enemas to get rid of it all but if you are like me you will start to feel like a new person when it is gone. Changing your diet is essential however and wheat, gluten and sugar are the worst offenders. (I personally think fresh organic fruit & dried strawberries & blueberries – plus you need blue things in your diet & only blueberries give it – do not hurt. If you want to be a total purist it may help to give up milk but I personally got my health back while drinking a lot of milk and the fruits mentioned.)
Coffee enemas are good to follow up with after other enemas. They are great for the health, especially for the liver. Again, if they are the last enema include in some acidophilus yogurt, or kefir.
What really seems to kill candida in the higher intestinal areas, where the enemas can’t reach, is home made kefir. Taking a 16 oz. glass of it on an empty stomach in the morning initially caused me some definite die off – the same itchiness (unfortunately interfering with sleep) that the above mentioned enemas caused, along with some harmless flushing in the face. If you want to try this you may want to do so on a weekend, and/or use less kefir. Kefir is hyper easy to make and you can get the starters at Amazon, maybe even make it from store bought kefir if that has live cultures in it. You simply put some of your already existing kefir into a jar of milk and let it sit overnight.
