I was hoping you could help me figure something out,
as I have tried experimenting on my own,
yet still get the same result!
I have noticed something very odd when I eat watermelon.
It makes it harder for me to pass my stools!
This seems really odd as I thought watermelon would be a
great hydrator.
I love the taste but have had to drop it from my "diet"
due to this problem.
I also tried juicing it, which tasted fantastic!
but again same issue.
I just cant figure it out.
As you recommend I drink about 1/2 Gallon of fluid a day.
Mostly fruit juices from freshly pressed fruit
(that i do myself - usually apple for me),
and half mixed with distilled water.
I also have much of your herbal teas e.g. topknot, red raspberry etc.
Again only with distilled water and a little maple syrup.
No pop or any bad drinks at all.
As for my "diet", trying to get it to total fruit,
but at the moment I would say about 80% raw fruit,
remainder salad, some steamed veg, nuts, and the
occasional raw grain such as oats.
Not perfect, but certainly getting there.
Usually I have a BM after every meal, as I currently
eat more than 1 a day, I have several daily BMs.
If I do have less, or feel colon slowing down, I only
need 1 or 2 LBB for a day or so to get back to regular.
But with the watermelon this slows down completely
and becomes very hard! Makes no sence to me!
