never heard of this.
Specifically what product are you talking about?
Edit: is this the product? Awfully expensive

That is ridiculous what they are charging. Microsilica is nothing more than fumed silica and is widely used in industry for things such as cement filler/strengthener, as a refractory, as an anticaking agent, in drilling, in the rubber industry, for the making of sodium silicate, etc. So commercially this stuff is extremely inexpensive, which means this company is gouging people big time in my opinion. Actually they are charging over $10,800 per pound for something that costs around a $1.00 a pound to buy. Here is an example of pricing:

Actually, the label says "highly purified silica with proprietary covalent metal binding group", so it clearly isn't just "fumed silica", and my guess is the quality is significantly higher than industry quality. Per dose it costs about the same as DMSA and many of the other chelation agents.
Try researching microsilica on the internet. It comes in different grades, but even the better grades are inexpensive.
As for the "proprietary covalent metal binding group" that really means nothing. Silica in general can bind certain metals like aluminum. So it sounds like sales hype to me to justify a grossly overpriced product. Reminds me a lot of all the companies out there also claiming how their products are superior because they are ionic, but they don't even have a clue what that means or what it implies. I have just seen too much sales hype from too many companies. One of the funniest ones I saw was the guy that was claiming that his colloidal silver was the most absorbable on the market because the atoms in his product were "half the size of normal silver atoms".
I can't find anything on the internet to suggest that combining zeolite and cholestyramine retains the effectiveness of both items. I am afraid that the zeolite would bind the cholestyramine, and then they would be less effective. Did you experiment with taking them separately and together and notice any difference in functioning? If one wanted to take both, is there an interval which would be optimal given the properties of both substances? For instance, I was thinking of taking them 1/2-1 hour apart. I would appreciate any experiences that could shed light on this issue. Thank you and good detoxing to everyone.
