Right now I am putting 6 drops of 2% Lugols and 4 drops of Tri-Quench SSKI (ordered it a long time ago, trying to use it up) in a quart of water. That is one day supply. I could easily use 20 drops of Lugols with no problems, but I also brush my tongue with Lugols twice a day, and soak up a lot of it that way. At four drops of Tri-Quench daily my urine gets a little darker and my face breaks out mildly. 1 drop is 19 mgs. I can raise the Lugols and lower the Tri-Quench and the pimples and dark urine will go away. It is the SSKI that is doing this. It happened when I was taking yours too. I think the SSKI is going after some deeply embedded demodex mites in the subcutaneous levels of the skin on my face, and I want to be rid of them. But not at the expense of my kidneys. I can't seem to get the detox pimple effect without making my kidneys bleed.
