I think if you did some slippery elm tea it would help you heal up. All the nutrients that a body requires are in the slippery elm. You can live on it for a while, if you have to.
Cayenne pepper will stop bleeding.
Popcorn will help the bowles to move, but if your digestive systenm is too sore, I wouldn't do it.
Some vegetable juicing will help the bowels to move. Use fresh kale and make some juice. Dilute it with distilled water, if it's too strong. Maybe a little bit of beets in with it? What do you have for fresh greens you can put thru the juicer? Beets are good for the liver. They might help the bowels to move, too. Veggies also help to re-build.
