I'm not sure what my problem is right now, but I'm getting plenty of iodine, water, and salt and still - my skin - so dry - I probably wasn't getting enough OILS...I had just started to ensure getting more raw EVCO and raw Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil internally, when the mail came...

...and lo and behold I got my Iodine salve and decided to use it like a body cream. It's intensely thick nature ensured that I'd have a nice coating all over me. I coated my legs and arms at bedtime. Two nights of this has shown a VAST improvement.
