I must be having a huge Senior Moment because I can't for the life of me figure out what your post means lol!!!
What is what up in the air for? (Edit) The sky?
Care to enlighten me?
Willow
yes, the sky :-)didn't I post a link to the REM song? (goes to check. Yes, I did. Okay, good. You never know. As I've said before, sometimes I can post here, no problem, and sometimes something won't allow me to--so there can be glitches.)
A lyric doesn't make much sense sometimes/most-times, out of the context of the music, but then WITH the music, there can be something transportive--utterly.( And then all words fail.) I thought it kind of poignant, when the question is contrasted with the plea. Mucially, and just conceptually. The lyrics are subtitled, and I'd never really heard them ALL so clearly before. But it seemed to me: this is how we might all feel, in moments, when there are health fears and struggles, and then to find a space of relative release... whew. I was just enjoying a much-needed respite from the strain of the last month, in my world, and wanted to share, here, in case anyone also felt *into* the song...
I remember Joseph used to post some song links from time to time, and maybe one or two people could relate. It's a spontaneous thing. Nothing much more to it. But I guess I could have been a little more wordy, as is usually (and too often) my wont!!! :-)
best, C
I see now, it meant something to you with what you've been going through. I just didn't understand what it meant lol, I didn't know if it was a question you wanted answered or what, thanks for explaining.
I think it's wonderful for us to post things that have meaning to us on this forum, even when it's off topic! It's the sharing that sometimes helps us through our daily lives!
Sending healing energy your way for your partner.
