Dagnab these Curezone rules, that's a victory worth cussin' about!! As in: Woo-F'in-Hoo...HOT D*MN...GOOD FOR HER!!
FISH OIL, FISH OIL, FISH OIL! 2000-4000mg daily (BARE MINIMUM), anytime in the day before the evening meal (apparently it's utilized/absorbed/assimilated better before the sun goes down, I have NO idea why, but it sure makes a difference to me).

Here's what I use; it's got the most "umph" for the cheapest:

Natural Factors, RxOmega-3 Factors Pharmaceutical Grade, 240 Softgels
Here's the absolute purest (with about the same "umph") but it's WAY pricey:

(in their price comparison chart, where they compare "umph" against "value"? Notice they didn't compare mine :)
Colon Cleanse - a very large percentage of serotonin is created/synthesized in the intestines...but NOT if they're coated in junk. ohgawd, where's the link? YAY!

Also imperative: circulation! blood to the brain! exercise! A "must read":

Also good for SAD are those wonderful lights that are like sunlight...but I've never needed them (although I'm sure they would 'do a body good' no matter WHAT state of mentality the body is in)...so I've never researched them fully. I do know that there's a TON of "fakes" that claim to be good but are totally useless.
And of course, some kind of Superfood EVERY DAY!
Hmmm, I think that about covers it...did I mention? FISH OIL! :::grin:::
I'm ECSTATIC!
