Hi all!!!!
I did the MCF for 5 days at the end of March early April and it was so successful I've decided to try a second round. I lost 14 pounds....I never weighed myself during the fast so this was being weighed in at the Doctor's office about 5 weeks ago and then again last week. My eating habits became much better after going off the fast the first time....and I have totally cut soda out of my diet....no more caffeine (I never drank coffee). Last week however starting with Easter I've had a few Jelly Beans...some chocolate, Pizza Hut pizza even a McDonald's cheeseburger (Odyssey of the Mind State finals were this weekend)so we all ate at drive thru windows...and I feel gross inside!!
So I'm back at day 1....I know what to expect....I think day 2 is the hardest. My husband is out of town this week....so meals don't have to be quite so elaborate!!!!
Wish me luck....this place kept me motivated last time....I want to do at least 5 days again....maybe up to 7. I'll work my way up to 10 and beyond. I plan on keeping this a regular part of my life!!!
