Hey all. I am on day 10 now of Humaworm, my first cleanse. I am very pleased with the results that I have been getting thus far and am really impressed with this product. I've experienced a fair share of die off symptoms since: body aches, headache, an occasional hot flash, etc. But as of late I've had some gas and some chest discomfort. It usually a sharp pain here and there, sometimes with heart palpitations and a slight tightness. It's fleeting never lasts long and doesn't really interfere with my activities. I'm 22 and don't have a history of heart problems or anything of that nature. I swim everyday and experience no problems, and my job is labor intensive but it seldom bugs me at work. Could this be die off?
